Unposed Client Feedback and SunPop Videos at Work!

True to SunPop form, we don't use canned "testimonials" in the traditional sense. When a company asks for a formal testimonial, people self-script and sound artificial, even if they're sincere. Sure, we have a fat pile of formal testimonials, but a requested gift is never as sweet as a gift freely given.

Instead, here you'll see the actual e-mails, comments, quotes and correspondence from previous clients and associates. Rather than asking people to say something snappy for the camera, we've chosen to show you unposed snapshots of satisfied clients working with us.

If you're not quite sure how a SunPop video would fit onto your website, we've also provided several example websites alongside our "not-testimonials."

I finally found a few uninterrupted minutes to review these 3 OVIs. In three words -I love them. Very compelling. And they ring with sincerity.

The endings are especially clever. Paul says "I'm done saying things." Dror, laughing, says "I'm the black sheep of the family." Great stuff.

The content is very rich. I'm off to Dallas now.

. . . I like the new way the OVI are integrated via Flash-- that'll be the way we'll want to go -- that is, having the OVI Integrated right into the page itself without taking the customer anywhere else.

On our OVI, I like the way you've broken up the long sequences of us individually talking from the rough cut by sprinkling in various reactions while the other person is speaking. I think it looks good and the music bed is good too. . . . . . .

. . .Sean said he has nothing to add or subtract from his OVI unless there's something in particular you'd recommend. You probably find that everyone cringes a bit - certainly I'll cringe when my time comes - when they see themselves on tape, but he really liked the content and what you did with it.
