How much control do I have in a FastTrack video?

The Cons: For most people the FastTrack offers plenty of control, but it isn't for everybody. When you sign up for the FastTrack, we're not going off of a set script, and we're not stopping every couple hours to get your opinion and have you tweak things every step along the way. If you consider yourself or your company's needs as especially fixated on having control over the process and tweaking minutia, then the FastTrack will likely be a poor fit. It's not designed for huge companies with boards of directors that each need to make their mark on the product before they can stamp their approval. If that's you, you'll probably be better off with another studio.

The Pros: But again, we've worked with hundreds of clients, and most of them don't need that level of control or even want to be that involved in producing video. Our whole FastTrack process has been designed to hit your mark the first time efficiently and consistently. So before you even show up at the studio we're using the online pre-production process to start determining where this video is heading and setting up a foundation for meeting your goals with the video. We already have a pretty good idea by the time you show up in the studio, and after talking to you for an hour about your business, we then have a really solid understanding of who you are, what's important to you, and what needs to be conveyed. Also, you're never committed to pay for anything until after you've finished the shoot and subsequently told us that you feel great about what just happened and feel confident about proceeding forward. From that decision in the studio, our team of experts are going to pull everything together and go straight to a fantastic finished product. After receiving that finished video, you still have 24 hours to request adjustments to your video. In essence, we're giving you a free round of tweaks afterwards just so you'll have the peace of mind to confidently move forward with us-- work that other studios usually charge extra for!

With all those layers of direction-gathering, expertise, safeguards, etc., it's actually less risky to work with SunPop's highly refined unscripted process than it is to pick out a few typical local guys and try to cobble something together. And worst case, if you still want more tweaks after the first round of free ones (after the 24 hour window), then we just transition over to the regular way of doing things, charging you the hourly studio rate of $120 per studio hour like most studios do...
