Can changes be made to the SunPop Video? What about after the project is closed?

In the FastTrack Process, changes can be made absolutely free during the 24 hours after we initially deliver the finished video. After that, you can still make changes but you would pay the hourly studio rate, much like a typical studio relationship.

In the Interactive Process, we never close a project until you say you're satisfied with the video. Of course, once you give your final approval for the video and the project is closed, we can't reopen the project and keep making tweaks indefinitely for free.

That's yet one more reason why we've designed the process to stay honed in on your desired finish line from beginning to end. Beyond all the other proprietary mechanisms that keep us on track, we ask every client for message approval/adjustments relatively early in the editing process, and again at the end of the process we get final conclusive feedback/approval until your SunPop video is what you really want it to be.

Fortunately, we've been doing this so long (and so successfully) that most of our clients ask for very few if any real changes; it's usually simple tweaks like changing a font.

So there's no worries, we don't tell you when your video is done, you tell us when it's done. Once you do tell us it's done, however, there will be additional charges if you come back to us for additional work.
