What about all the little “gotchas” that always seem to get tacked on to the final bill?

Great question! We all know the dishonest mechanic who tells you on day one that the work is going to cost $300 but he keeps "finding" new things that need fixing, until you've spent two or three times more than you expected. You're absolutely right to be concerned about production studios who intentionally underestimate how much their videos cost when trying to sell you up front.

We can't stand tactics like that. It goes against everything we're trying to do in building real connections and candid productions. That's why we use flat rate prices and have gone to the trouble of creating two processes to choose from so that you'll know precisely what you're in for.

Both the FastTrack and the Interactive flat prices include everything involved in producing a video. You'd be surprised how often video studio quotes for typical scripted productions don't involve all the expenses involved in producing a video, such as the cost to hire somebody to develop your message and write copy. Our unique unscripted approach removes several such steps from the equation so you don't encounter those "gotchas". On the Interactive, even if you want to make several changes or requests throughout the production, all of that is built into the flat price. On the FastTrack, you're saving a lot of money by forgoing feedback windows/co-directing the video throughout the production process, but we've made the highly unusual decision to offer you a 24 hour window after delivery where you can request tweaks to the video for free. This window gives you the opportunity to ensure the FastTrack hits your mark, though we typically get there even w/o tweaks. If you want still more adjustments to your FastTrack video after the included window (very rare), then we just switch to a more typical billing arrangement and the extra work is charged $120 per Studio Hour.
