How much control do I have over the production?
Some people are concerned that the lack of a script might mean the production is totally open-ended without any control over the final product. While that could be true for other studios, we've spent over 9 years developing a production process that draws out great moments of natural conversation, and then edits those special pieces together in an authentic and insightful way.
This allows us to ensure:
- You're comfortable and can easily share who you are and what you're about with us in the studio.
- Our conversation is steered into productive areas that fall directly in line with your pre-approved goals.
- The editing method maintains that pre-approved direction, and results in an authentic and insightful video that simply can't be had any other way.
Part of the preliminary information we gather from you is about the focus of the video's editing. We also provide a bit of guidance based on our experiences and the latest research.
Beyond that, FastTrack clients have 24 hours after delivery to make any changes that they want at no extra charge. For Interactive clients, we edit together a rough cut (like a rough draft video) for your message approval before anything is taken into the final polishing stages of production, where they get yet another opportunity to control/tweak. At this point we can further emphasize certain aspects of the video's content, or de-emphasize other aspects. But frankly, almost all of our clients simply love the original rough cut message. The remaining few ask us to change a sentence or two, and we've never had an unsatisfied client.
