Can I keep the raw footage from the free shoot if I decide not to hire you to finish the video?

Sorry, no. For reasons outlined here, we can't provide the full raw even to paying clients.

Beyond that, it really would be too-good-to-be-true if we let people use our studio just to get a free shoot and save money at our expense, while knowing full well that they'd edit the footage elsewhere. Routinely handing out raw footage for free would mean that we'd stop getting people seriously wanting to try SunPop without the risk, and instead we'd just get people wanting to abuse the system.

We love shooting with people and getting to know them, and we'd do it for free if it paid the bills, but of course it doesn't. The good news is that you truly don't owe us anything if you finish a shoot and decide not to move forward, and that's just unheard of in this business!
